About the Apartment

A 3 story, 2 bedroom apartment located in Perinaldo, a quaint, quirky and unique village in the Italian Alps. 

A stunning Penthouse with modern, unique furnishings, and mod cons throughout. 2 terraces, a fresh breeze and an abundance of natural light coming in from our patio doors and windows, which overlook the entire mountain range of the Italian and French Alps. 

There is a small single bedroom, ideal for one person with a wardrobe. It can be made into a “tight” twin if necessary. 

There are stairs that lead up to the first floor with an open plan kitchen/lounge, with an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and access to small terrace looking out over the spectacular French/Italian Alps.  There is a bathroom with shower adjoining on the same floor. 

Another staircase leading to the top floor with a luxury double bedroom with free standing bath and double patio doors to the terrace, enjoying stunning views over the valley and the Mediterranean sea glittering on the horizon.

The Neighbourhood

Perinaldo is nestled perfectly in the mountains. 

You can enjoy touring around the neighbouring villages of Dolceacqua and Apricale, getting to know the locals and trying out their famous homemade olive oils and artichokes. You can swim in the crystal clear natural pools in the canyons of Rocchetta, mountain trek, or attend the brilliant summer concerts in Apricale or Perinaldo festival every July.

You are located 12 kilometres from Mediterranean beaches. Visit Ventilmiglia for its famous Friday market, and Bordighera to promenade through bougainvilleas and palm trees.

Take a day trip to the beach in Sanremo. and take your pick from the many delicious Gelato parlours. Embrace the high life on the beach front, sip a cocktail at sunset, or simply relax and head out for a spot of fishing or sailing on the coast. 

Kick back, relax and appreciate the indescribable peacefulness and quietude of Perinaldo. Perinaldo’s famous son was G. D. Cassini, astronomer to the French court. Today you can visit the observatory named after him.  

However, if you fancy a taste of luxury, some shopping and nightlife – the nearby cities of Sanremo, Monaco (30km) and Nice (50km) are just a stone-throw away, all reachable within the hour by car, train or bus.

Parking

There is free on street parking on the street below (Via Miramonti). Please be aware all the village streets are quite tight and narrow so be careful when driving/parking.
